Carmen - the maid - was extremely friendly and helpful. She promptly delivered additional pillows, a blanket, and a floor mat. The room was spotless!! The wood floor was so clean you could walk on the floor without socks and your feet weren't get black from dirt. Thank you again Carmen for making my stay a relaxing event. The check- in staff was very kind, informative, fast and thorough. Thanks ladies!
These rooms are dirty and nasty there was roaches everywhere I couldn’t sleep.it was so nosey people playing loud music at 4am smh. Please don’t stay here .roaches all in the shower and walls. Amber And Imani was super helpful and nice .going beyond customer service thank you

They make sure my room is clean seats, clean towels, clean bathroom, clean the whole room, clean.
